There’s no virtue like patience. I’ve continued my allegiance to the dealership on account of the great service and warm personal. If there’s a detractor, it truly is the wait time. Given the comfortable lounge (no buffet, but oftentimes cookies and apples are offered), I’m happy to wait the over an hour. Just remember a good book and you’ll be pleased. My former Corolla had over 224k miles when I sold it, and that is in no small part to the great quality services provided.
